Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations are generally handled by Novera Digital LLC. The applicable service agreement governs in the event of any conflict.
Last updated: February 2026
Cancellation Notice
Unless the applicable service agreement states otherwise, clients may cancel ongoing monthly services by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next billing date. Notice should be submitted in writing to Novera Digital LLC.
Billing Obligations
Fees for the current billing period remain payable. Where notice is given after a billing date, services generally continue through the end of the paid period, and the engagement ends at the conclusion of that period. Any outstanding invoices remain due.
Work Already Completed
Work completed or in progress up to the effective cancellation date is billable, including strategy work, campaign setup, creative production, development hours, and reporting prepared during the period.
Non-Refundable Items
Where permitted by law, setup fees, completed deliverables, custom development, produced creative, and third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, are determined under the terms of the service agreement.
Advertising and Media Spend
Advertising platform and media spend are separate from service fees unless otherwise specified in the applicable agreement. Amounts paid directly to advertising platforms are subject to those platforms' own terms and refund policies and are not refundable by Novera Digital LLC.
Transition and Account Access
On cancellation, we will discontinue work as of the effective date and, where reasonably practicable, assist with returning access to client-owned accounts and handing over deliverables for which payment has been received.
Cancellation by Novera Digital
We may end an engagement with written notice if fees remain unpaid, if requested work would violate law or platform policies, or as otherwise provided in the applicable service agreement.
Custom and Project Engagements
Project-based and custom engagements may have different cancellation terms, milestone billing, and deposit requirements as set out in the relevant proposal or agreement.
